Our Locations

Our principal office is in Driftwood, Texas, near Austin.  We also work from other offices in Corpus Christi, Texas; Kansas City, Missouri; Aurora, Colorado; and Goldsboro, North Carolina.  Travel for hearings is charged from the office location nearest the hearing.

Virtual Services

We have experience with video proceedings and  participate in the full range of ADR services by video.  NOTE:  To reduce expenses, all mediations are conducted by video unless the parties both request in-person mediation.
